monday 1pm – 2.30pm    seasonal yin meditation

yin yoga is a slower pace practice that focuses on holding poses with mindful gentleness. this practice goes deep, with focus on relaxation and promoting smooth even flow of Chi energy through the meridians, helping release into the healing rest and digest mode. yin practice addresses physical tension, fatigue and adrenal exhaustion.

this class is suitable for all levels of experience.

yin is a good practice to counterbalance the more yang yoga styles and exercise regimes – a calming antidote for the stress of modern life. quietening the mind, deep relaxation and healing injuries. Restoring and balancing energy is the focus.

practice includes calming pranayama and stillness meditation.

suitable for: yin yoga is suitable for everyone, anyone with injuries, back pain and insomnia, those who wish to reduce stress and seek to bring greater calm balance into their life

tuesday 4pm – 5pm pranayama class (breath practices)

pranayama practices to clear and clarify body and mind, supporting the way to stillness, and meditation

learn to breathe well for health and wellbeing

thursday 10am – 11.30am      seasonal hatha yoga

simple asana pranayama and meditation, integrative practices for mind body and heart, bringing more balance, energy, and peaceful insight into your days                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

friday 1pm – 2.30pm        restoration yoga

supporting the body to slow down, repair and return to homeostasis, nourishing state of harmony and balance
