For everyone’s safety, open yoga classes, private yoga and yoga therapy continue from the comfort of your home. We meet, connect and share in practice via Zoom.

Everyone is welcome to join yoga zoom classroom – see timetable for sessions. Download Zoom from AppStore (free), and contact me to request your yoga class invite. Open yoga classes are reduced during this unprecedented time – we meet and practice as always, togther, in Zoom shala. See class cost and description below.

Our yoga practice remains unchanged, only now we meet from the safety and comfort of our own homes. We all come together, share in practice and enjoy the wonderful benefits of yoga; managing our own health, wellbeing and mental stability during these times of change and uncertainity.

Love, hope, guidance and support are, as always, available for you.

It’s important for our immunity and resilience make time to move and exercise. And vital to tune in with our bodies, centre ourselves and feel into the effects of stress. In practice we contact our very real inner resources, addressing unmitigated stress and anxiety.

Time to breathe.

The focus is immunity and stress reduction, strengthening lungs and improving breathing for physical mental wellbeing, cultivating inner calm and resilience, supporting meditation.

Please register your attendance and commitment by SMS or email the day before (see contact tab), and stay home if you feel unwell. Observing cleanliness, caring for ourselves, others and the environment.

Yin Yoga + Meditation Class Wednesday’s 6pm – 7.30pm currently via Zoom

 Description:

Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice that focuses on holding poses for extended periods. The practice focuses on increasing the flow if of qi energy through the yin meridians to help release deeply into the ligament and connective tissue. It’s suitable for all levels of experience.

Yin yoga is deeply relaxing for both body and mind. A very good practice to counterbalance the more yang yoga styles and exercise regimes, a calming antidote for the stress of modern life. Yin practice addresses physical tension, fatigue and adrenal exhaustion.

Quietening the mind, deep relaxation and healing injuries. Restoring and balancing energy is the focus.

Practice includes calming pranayama and stillness meditation.

Suitable for:

Yin yoga is suitable for everyone, beginner and advanced yogis.                                                                                                  Anyone with injuries, back pain and insomnia, those who wish to reduce stress and seek to bring greater calm balance into their life.

Sunrise Yoga Seasonal Hatha Saturday’s 6am – 7.30am, currently via Zoom
