Our yoga and meditation practice is so very important. It is vital to make the time to tune in to be with our bodies and our hearts, to do what we can to promote our immunity, our strength and resilience, promote our stability and wellbeing, addressing the very real effects of stress in our bodies and minds.

Yin Yoga + Meditation Class Wednesday’s 6pm – 7.30pm

 Description:

Yin Yoga is a slower pace practice that focuses on holding poses with mindful gentleness. This practice goes deep, with focus on relaxation and promoting smooth even flow of Chi energy through the meridians, helping release into the healing rest and digest mode. Yin practice addresses physical tension, fatigue and adrenal exhaustion.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

Yin is a good practice to counterbalance the more yang yoga styles and exercise regimes – a calming antidote for the stress of modern life. Quietening the mind, deep relaxation and healing injuries. Restoring and balancing energy is the focus.

Practice includes calming pranayama and stillness meditation.

Suitable for:

Yin yoga is suitable for everyone, beginner and advanced yogis.                                                                                                              Anyone with injuries, back pain and insomnia, those who wish to reduce stress and seek to bring greater calm balance into their life.

iRest is a deep rexation and meditation practice adapted for managing the day to day stresses of modern life. When practiced regularly, iRest promotes healing, wholeness and a sense of inner stability and calm which helps you to meet the challenges of life with greater peace and wellbeing. Cultivating resilience and equanimity, iRest is a wonderful antidote for anyone feeling stressed, anxious, tense, unable to relax, and those with chronic fatigue, insomnia, injuries or illness.

iRest is recommended for everyone. This session supports meditative enquiry.
