A quiet practice which involves long holds in gentle yoga poses which release into connective tissues. The resulting feeling is one of ease and lightness in the body with greater flexibility of the joints.Yin yoga is perfect balance to all yang strengthening activities. This practice seeks to relieve the effects of stress, tension, deep fatigue and adrenal exhaustion. Quietening the mind, deep relaxation and restoring energy is the focus.
Practice includes calming pranayama, and stillness meditation.
It is suitable for everyone, beginner and advanced yogis, those who are injured, stressed or seeking to bring greater balance to fast paced lifestyle.

Yoga practice based on the seasons, the combined philosophy of 5 element theory (japanese yoga) and Hatha (classical Indian yoga), merging into an energising uplifting vinyasa. Hatha practice balances sun and moon, the male and female energy with each seasons meridian focus. Movement with breath focus, one gains strength, flexibility, balance and grace. Uplifting for the body, mind and spirit. Feel grounded, calm and renewed with vitality.
