 Description:

Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice that focuses on holding poses for extended periods. The practice focuses on increasing the flow if of qi energy through the yin meridians to help release deeply into the ligament and connective tissue. It’s suitable for all levels of experience.

Yin yoga is deeply relaxing for both body and mind. A very good practice to counterbalance the more yang yoga styles and exercise regimes, also a calming antidote for the stress of modern life. Yin practice addresses physical tension, fatigue and adrenal exhaustion.

Quietening the mind, deep relaxation and healing injuries. Restoring and balancing energy is the focus.

Practice includes calming pranayama and stillness meditation.

Suitable for:

Yin yoga is suitable for everyone, beginner and advanced yogis. Anyone with injuries, back pain, insomnia, those who wish to reduce stress and seek to bring greater balance into their life.
